The time has come to share my experiences and help those in need of Mentoring to move forward more quickly.
A graduate of the Diekirch Hotel School and the EHL – Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, I began my career in the gastronomy and hotel business before returning to Luxembourg in 1996 to focus naturally on my preferred field: gastronomy.
Since then, I’ve never stopped developing the Kaempff-Kohler family business (created by mygrandparents and well-established since 1922 ), thanks also to the employees we always recruit for their passion, creativity and love of their profession .
Of course, our business ‘gastronomy’ encompasses many areas, including catering, events, trade… and as an associate director, the word ‘entrepreneur’ includes team management and efficiency, business strategy, logistics, cost and quality control, but also daily challenges with customers and staff.
It’s for these reasons that I’m ready to share my experience, to exchange, to accompany and to support in this Mentoring program.
