With my banking background and business management studies, I have acquired expertise as a general manager in several functions in the financial sector that encompass all aspects of business management, development and administration.
This includes strategic, structural and process optimization, as well as project management, personnel development, financial planning and controlling. Complemented by M&A, lending and fiduciary experience in transaction management, contract and loan drafting and negotiation, and valuation skills.
As a volunteer, I am currently involved in social and climate support projects, Managers without Borders and in the regenerative future of agriculture. It is important to me that people and nature are treated fairly, respectfully and environmentally in all business activities, and that high social and ethical values are lived out.
