After studying psychology and human resources in the United States, with a private pilot’s license in my pocket, at the end of 1999 I returned home to join the family business. Founded by my great-grandfather in the thirties, I discovered not only the specificities of working in a family, but also the world of construction. On-the-job training in logistics and lean management processes enabled me to learn the various construction trades, ensuring my rapid integration into the company.
I took over as CEO in 2012, setting up a new governance structure and beginning a diversification process that continues to this day.
At the same time, I support a number of start-ups in a variety of sectors, particularly new technologies.
In 2016 I began a very rewarding work with a mentor, allowing me to continue to grow personally and professionally. I’m now ready to share my experience and support entrepreneurs in their development.
