As a mentor, I’m willing to devote my time to listening to the needs of entrepreneurs younger than myself, sharing my experiences with them, exchanging points of view with them no matter how different they may be, believing unconditionally in their ability to always find solutions to help them advance in their mission, while respecting their vision and values.

I’m happy to be able to create “Win-Win” relationships, because I’m convinced that it’s by helping the other to learn, that we learn from the other. I’ve managed a company in the ERP and IT world, from its creation to its transfer to its employees, via takeovers of other international companies to form a group.

Through my experience in implementing ERP systems for companies in the craft, retail and industrial sectors, I’ve been able to gain a thorough understanding of each company’s processes, with the aim of constantly questioning and optimizing them. For me, IT and ERP systems are simply agile tools that must serve the needs of companies.
